We’ve got another rave client review!
"Johnny was AMAZING! He was so kind, patient and helpful. He walked us through every step of the process, responded instantly to every message no matter what time of day or night. He checked in with us daily. He fought for us when there were issues, he explained and taught us a lot during the process. When the lender was being difficult and unresponsive to us he reached out to them and got their asses in gear. The lender was making this process the most frustrating and stressful thing I've ever done in my life, but Johnny jumped in every time to support us and do everything he can to make this a great experience. We would not have bought a house without him. He did not rush us or pressure us in any way, he did not recommend houses over our budget. Our last agent swindled us out of $8,000 and we ended up with no house, with Johnny we saved around $18000 and he managed to get the appliances, washer dryer, fridge, and furniture in the deal. He even reached out several days after we bought the house to ask how it was going, and when we told him that there were some unexpected issues with the home, he immediately gave us contacts for people who could help. And then checked back a few days later to make sure it was resolved. He is amazing. He didn't have to do all that. He already made his money, his contract was over with us, but still after the fact he was willing to help and support us. It genuinely felt like he was there to help us, not just to make a buck off of us. If someone is a first time home buyer I cannot recommend him enough. His attention to detail, his patience, his knowledge, the way he explains everything and walks you through every step is invaluable to a first time buyer.
