As National Apartment Association RPM Careers Week comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on what makes a career in Residential Property Management so meaningful.

It’s more than just a job. It’s about building skills, creating connections, and shaping communities people are proud to call home.

We’re especially thankful for our team members who shared what they love most about what they do. Their stories are a great reminder of the real impact this work has every day.

At KETTLER, our success starts with our amazing people. Each year, we invest in our leaders from across the country through our Symphony Leadership Conference - two days of leadership development, informational sessions from KETTLER leaders and valued vendor partners, and meaningful time to connect and strengthen our KETTLER family culture.

Thank you to all the leaders who attended and to our incredible vendor partners for helping make this event possible and impactful for a 3rd year in a row!

We’re excited to share that KETTLER is planning a new 4,300-capacity music venue in the Gasworx district, operated by Live Nation and opening in 2028.

Inspired by the character and history of Ybor City, the venue will bring more live entertainment to Tampa while supporting local businesses, creating jobs, and contributing to the region’s continued growth.

This is another step forward in building a vibrant, connected community at Gasworx.

This , we’re continuing our tradition of recognizing influential African American builders, engineers, and innovators who have helped shape our industry.

We begin with Howard P. Grant, a true trailblazer: The first African American graduate of UC Berkeley’s College of Engineering, the first Black member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the first African American civil engineer to work for the City of San Francisco.

At a time of significant barriers, his achievements expanded opportunity in engineering and beyond. Grant also advocated for improved living conditions and greater career access for Black Americans.

His legacy reminds us that progress doesn't just mean building infrastructure, but also building opportunity.

02/02/2026

is a time to recognize the people, stories, and contributions that have shaped our country and continue to move it forward. Throughout American history, Black innovators have played a vital role in building stronger communities, and their impact is still very much felt today. Over the coming weeks, we're excited to highlight Black Americans whose contributions have influenced both our industry and this country's history.

As we reflect this month, we’re reminded that meaningful progress happens when community and care come first. At KETTLER, we remain committed to building inclusive places where everyone has the opportunity to live, grow, and thrive.

Happy Black History Month from all of us at KETTLER.
