🗣️Sometimes you don’t need credit repair, you need to understand how credit works🤷🏾♀️ This is the outcome of someone simply following my direction to pay down their credit card to 3% like I advise anyone trying to increase their mortgage scores‼️
The score shown was this person’s FICO 8 score, but their mortgage score actually increased 32 points and they sent me the screenshot from their free credit monitoring with the caption “GIRL YOU BE ON IT💪🏾”🤣
👉🏾One of the main issues she had was she was paying her credit card on time, in FULL every month, but her score would not budge and she reached out wanting to buy a home but needed about 20 more points to qualify for a home loan. I explained to her that although she was paying in full and on time, her balance on her statement close date (which is different from her due date) was always reporting high and that she needed to pay the card down on her statement close date to 3% bc THAT is the date the bureaus were reporting her balance and not her due date and the picture below was the result💪🏾
