Urgent message to my broker friends.

Stop posting videos of another firm's listings!! Did you get permission from the listing firm to do a video tour of their client's home? No? Then STOP posting videos of the inside of someone else's house!!

Imagine someone walked through your house recording video of your kids' bedroom, your walk-in closet, your private spaces and then it's posted for all the world to see. Would you be happy?!?

Imagine being the listing agent who put in time, money, and effort putting together your listing only to have other brokers highjack it and pretend like they are successful and busy in this business.

Not only is it disrespectful to the homeowners and listing brokers, it is a violation of the Realtor code of ethics, commission rules, and likely MLS rules.

If you don't have permission from the listing firm and seller, stop posting pictures and videos of their private lives!!
