Raleigh home prices have dropped 4.3% from last year according to a recent report from Homes.com dated February 2026. If this is true, and it feels like it is, I believe that our market is still strong on many levels. The top item driving this is the national desire to move to our area.

Is money important to you? I'm sure by now you have heard the cash offers on the radio and on tv promising a quick offer, no showings, no hassle's, no repairs, etc. etc. etc. DON'T DO IT.
