Wendy is a Cary native. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations in 1996. Her background is in fundraising for such organizations as the Foundation of Hope for the Research and Treatment of Mental Illness, the North Carolina Museum of History and Peace College. She was the Vice President of Relocation Services and Exceptional Homes & Estates for York Simpson Underwood (until the birth of her daughter Lauren in 2007). Wendy was instrumental in creating what the company's luxury program is today. Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and daughter Lauren, traveling to Italy, cooking and entertaining family and friends. Achievements Include:

Closing Day! Mary Erazim and I helped our clients build this home 26 years ago, and today, our sellers are passing their home on to the new buyers.
