I started my real estate career in December, 1987, as an agent with Fonville Morisey Realty representing buyers and sellers of real estate in the Raleigh, NC area. My passion for helping new sales associates develop successful real estate careers lead to a Training Managers position and then into an Assistant Managers position in 1998 and then as a Broker in Charge and Vice President of Sales of the Midtown office of Fonville Morisey. Many agents have accomplished their goals and become successful real estate professionals helping their clients to accomplish dreams of home ownership with my training and coaching. I am an active member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS being a member since January, 1988, volunteering my time in many of the Associations activities. I served as President of Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS in 2015. In addition, I served as Secretary Treasurer and President-Elect as well as a member of the Board of Directors for several terms. I have also served on numerous committees including RPAC, Grievance, Professional Standards, Finance and By-Laws. Since 2007 I have served as an Associate Dean of the RRAR Triangle Leadership Academy and was a member of the task force that formed the Academy. I served on the task force which formed RRAR’s Young Professionals Network.. In 2006, I attended the National Association of REALTORS Mediation training in Chicago and serves as a Mediator for RRAR. My involvement with the North Carolina Association of REALTORS includes serving on the Board of Directors, the Professional Standards , Grievance , By-Laws and Recruiting Committees. I served Regional Vice President for Region 10 (Raleigh area) for two terms. I also have served as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS.
