Born and raised in Raleigh, I tried to make a career of college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After dragging it out for as long as I could, they finally awarded me a diploma in Industrial Relations and sent me back to Raleigh where I’ve been ever since. During that time I've seen significant changes in both the market and technology. Consumers are privileged to a bounty of information now. One of my most important roles in working with a client is to help them interpret the data that they find and utilize it to make an informed decision, not an educated guess. I know this area like the back of my hand. We are fortunate to live in a vibrant and beautiful area that has long been a desirable destination for all that it offers and the appeal only seems to increase every year. Having lived here as a child, college student, single, married, and married with children, I can truly understand what you might be looking for regardless of your personal circumstances. My wife Terri is also a native and we have two daughters, Carson and Natalie as well as our four-legged adopted mix, Sam.
