To start every detail of your listing is placed on the Triangle Multiple Listing Service including pertinent data, pictures and even a virtual tour. The Triangle MLS has unparalleled search and notification tools and is used by over 8,000 agents in the 16 counties in the greater Triangle region. Our listings also are syndicated on 400+ national websites including Realtor.com, Zillow.com, and Trulia.com. We like to remind our clients that contrary to popular advertising – no one has ever brought a property because of the brand name on the sign on the front lawn. OAKVIEW Realty is a small firm but we possess many skills that even the larger firms may not have. One broker in our agency has a mortgage broker license and another has an MBA and has trained and honed his negotiation skills. In addition we are real estate investors. We also do much of the work ourselves on our investment properties so we know a fair deal about a home’s mechanical and electrical systems. We also have an extensive group of experts we work with including lawyers, inspectors, appraisers, and systems experts. And all our agents have gone through the extensive training that older agents may not have. Our agents have taken 180+ hours of training and have passed a board certified state exam in order to obtain their broker’s license. And the bottom line is that on average our clients receive 99% of their asking price. But even this outstanding figure doesn’t tell the whole story because we always ask for top dollar in our listings. It’s harder to sell a well-priced property but we don’t mind working hard for our clients.
