Sunday was a busy day! Went under contract on the most perfect Cary property for my first time home buyers. They have been patiently shopping waiting for THE ONE. And it finally happened! We went under contract Sunday, due diligence delivered on Monday and just had the home inspection done on Wednesday! At Carolina Dreaming, we take the due diligence period seriously. Getting inspections done early, gives us time if we need to bring in additional professionals and to negotiate repairs. Do you understand how due diligence works in NC?

I was at Floor & Decor in Fayetteville picking out marble for my fireplace surround when I saw this info board. It’s a great example showing how important grout is to your tile projects. Do you want contrast or for it to blend away? It’s worth thinking about before you install! And by the way, did you know Floor & Decor is opening a Raleigh store? So exciting! It’s a tile / flooring superstore! There is one in Greensboro and Fayetteville and soon Raleigh!
