The Poppy and The Sterling Designer Lookbooks were created for two newly constructed infill residences in North Ridge, one of Raleigh’s most exclusive communities.

In a setting where new homes are introduced individually rather than through large-scale release, the traditional community brochure no longer applies. These brochures were designed to elevate architecture and design as the defining distinction, not price.

Each piece was developed as a 50+ page architectural publication designed to move through the home the way you actually experience it. Every visible material selection is identified room by room, providing uncommon depth for a community brochure and reinforcing design transparency. The result is a cohesive, highly readable showcase that builds confidence with buyers, brokers, and builder partners alike.
