We are open in Oakwater Ridge!

We wanted to give a huge thanks to all our trade partners and vendors who worked on this model home to be open for the Twin Cities Parade of Homes. Your work did not go un-noticed and the detail and care can be seen in each aspect.

The Parade of Homes runs September 11–October 4, from 12–6 PM. Come tour these homes and see what’s waiting for you!

Yee-haw! 🤠

Two weeks ago, we had our Employee Appreciation Week at Capstone. This year’s theme was Cowboy/Western! It was a week of fun, with food and games that were planned to say a special thank you to our employees for everything they have done.

We also had our All-Staff Meeting. Everyone came together to review the accomplishments and goals we met this past year and to look at what’s ahead for Capstone.

Ben Minks, the President and CEO of Capstone, can be seen in the photos sharing insight about the housing market. We also celebrated Matt Harten and Lori Peterson for their 20-year dedication and hard work with Capstone.

We’re so grateful for our incredible team and for all they do to make Capstone what it is! 🎉

Lori has always been a flexible fixture here at Capstone Homes. She is always willing to tackle new challenges. From planting trees, helping plan parties, to spreadsheets and schedules, what hasn't she done! Lori has been an instrumental part of our success in the production department. She is willing to step outside her normal routine to do what it takes to make the team successful. Capstone Homes could not have grown like we have without her capabilities and dedication.
