🏡The median home price is holding steady at $725,000, and homes are continuing to sell quickly, with most going under contract in about 7 days.
🏡There are currently 7 homes on the market, which is a slight increase in inventory and gives buyers a few more choices.
🚨While the market has cooled a bit compared to last month, as shown by the Market Action Index dropping from 95 to 86, demand remains high and sellers are still in a great position.

🎯Bottom line: Homes are selling fast, prices remain strong, and Midland Park continues to be a competitive seller’s market despite a small increase in available inventory.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My most recent client review ….. to say I am so truly humbled and have such gratitude for the clients I am able to help, is an understatement.

Reading this proud me such a renewed sense of pride in my work, not only on the paperwork and negotiation side of the job, but also as a friend and confidante and a therapist. Real estate can have many ups and downs, twists and turns, and this particular transaction was exactly that. What started off as a seemingly easy process, became a months long journey with hiccups and road blocks. But we persevered and got it done- and it couldn’t have happened to two nicer people.
