Dreaming of Andover: My Zillow Scroll-a-thon in Andover ,MN
Okay, I'll admit it. I'm addicted to Zillow. It's late at night, the house is quiet, and I'm deep in a scroll-a-thon, virtually touring homes I can only dream of (for now!). Tonight, I'm fixated on Andover, Minnesota.
This particular listing caught my eye: a charming two-story home with a perfectly manicured lawn. Four bedrooms, two baths, and 1,850 square feet – sounds like the perfect space for a growing family, or maybe just someone who likes a lot of room!
The interior shots are equally appealing. A cozy living room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen, and an outdoor patio perfect for summer BBQs. I can already picture myself sipping lemonade under the shade of that weeping willow tree.
Of course, the price tag of $383,900 is a bit daunting, but hey, a girl can dream, right? Plus, the estimated monthly payment of $2,387 isn't completely out of reach... maybe if I cut back on those daily lattes.
What I love most about these virtual tours is the potential they represent. The idea of owning my own home, creating a space that's truly mine, and building a life in a community like Andover.
For now, I'll keep scrolling, saving my favorites, and maybe even scheduling a real-life tour one day. Who knows? Maybe my Zillow dream will become a reality sooner than I think. Until then, happy house hunting!
