All four seasons including snow. Mostly clover brush that would clear easily for a vineyard or ranch. Panoramic views, while still private. This is a lot in rural San Diego County. Located on 1 of 4 legal parcels with total acreage of 35 plus acres included in price. Located in a large grove of old oaks.

Very rough but very livable. Out building of 84 sqft used as washer/dryer mud room with another 1/2 bath. Another 180 sqft exterior building used as the 'bunk house'. Investigation by listing broker started on the stand-alone legality of each of the parcels. House and shop located on a 10.87-acre parcel. The other 3 parcels are 9.26, 7.8 and 7.4 acres. Well 2024 was the year of the health scare. I just got the final results and I've got a clean bill of heath again. Now that I am working from home here in Ranchita, I can offer a better (lower) commission fees. So, until further notice, my new fees are as follows: 2.00% or lower for residential listings and 2.25% or lower for vacant land listings. The lower rates are only the listing broker's commission. With the new emphasis on the buyer now paying their fair share of commission, I'll let the seller decide on how much the buyer pays their broker commissions. Time for a change. I've decided to reduce costs and move my Ranchita Real Estate / Ranchita Realty from its current location to now be a home office. This will give the new owners of the Ranchita Store property the best chance to make a go of it, and the most freedom with the property. I found that most of my business was word of mouth and advertising.

I'm less than a minute away from my the old place and still have the old phone number. Since all of our area's physical records that were stored in the office were destroyed in the fire, there was not much left of an office anyway. I do have computer backups from the last 15 years. I hope to serve our community better from home and online.

I would like to thank Michael Pinto for being an extra-ordinary landlord to Bill Wharton and I and Ranchita Realty for many years. He does much more for this community than people know and deserves much more credit.

Not for the faint of heart to even visit. This is an actual Mining Patent for sale.
Located near Ranchita California, past the end of Old Mine Road. Part of an old white marble mine is located on the property.
Other mineral mines in the area. Again, just seeing this property is for the weak of heart. Please do not attempt to see this property without speaking with the listing agent. He is willing to show it to you and your agent (if you have one already).
There have been rumors of bees in the area, and there are old mining pits to avoid.
