There is no such thing as "when is the best time to buy or even list my house". Ok, it would be fair to say that currently it is a seller's market, that is due to low inventory.
However, regardless, whether spring, summer or winter. Buyers will still buy and sellers will sell. Our personal circumstances knows no boundary! Seasons of the year become insignificant when we find or change our current job, we get married, or happily get divorced, children are born, people pass, we upgrade or downgrade, young adults leave parents home. We have very little or no control on all these.
Whatever the interest rates maybe, if there is low unemployment the real estate market remains steady.
