Summer is always a little sweeter with a cool treat! 🍦

Our Sacramento Summer Tenant Events brought tenants together across our properties to enjoy refreshing summer treats and a chance to connect with their building neighbors.

From popsicles and ice cream to other summer surprises, each event was a little different, but they all gave our tenant communities an opportunity to step away from the workday, enjoy a treat, and take home some Basin Street swag!

Innovation in action at White Rock Corporate Center! 🤖

White Rock recently welcomed the first in-person gathering of the AiR Rancho Cordova ecosystem, hosted by HMCI and bringing together leaders from across the technology, education, business, and civic communities.

One of the highlights was the first public appearance of Ben Ben, HMCI’s robot dog.
