What a crazy journey for my client and I to get them into the 🏡 they 😍 the first time they saw it. This a story of perseverance, determination, and negotiation.
My client had listed their home in early 🌞June🌞 and needed to begin the process of finding their new 🏠 in preparation for a concurrent closing. Expecting thing to move quickly we went right into 👀 at houses.
Interest rates went crazy 📈 and unfortunately the market slowed down📉. Their home sat, but our search went on. Putting in multiple offers but not able to find a transaction we continued to view homes. Then in mid-July we find a home they ❤️ in Rancho Cucamonga but sellers would only accept an offer if my client's home was in escrow.
🫣Both my client and the seller of the home end up going under contract with other parties. Both transactions fall through🤯. We continue to look at homes across the inland empire.
I remain in contact with the agent of his dream home, checking in while both homes sit. 💥Finally in 👻October🍬 my seller goes under contact and I begin negotiations in earnest on my client's dream home.💥
I ended up being able to negotiate the price down over $30,000💵 and navigate them through a concurrent closing and getting them in by 🍗Thanksgiving🍞
As I sit at my desk, I looked at the stack📑 of showings and go over my file here is the count:
