What is happening with our local market? It’s the calm before the Spring and Summer storm. If you think interest rates are going back down to the 3% or 4% that is not going to happen. If your a buyer NOW is the time to get off the fence while you have less competition in the market, once people start getting back their tax returns the market is going to heat up once again. Remember the busiest time to buy a home is between April to September which means more competition, multiple offers, and home will sell over the asking price. If you have any questions DM us.
