If you buy this house today, we can close escrow by Christmas and you won’t have to make your first mortgage payment until February 2024… and start using your purchase as a tax write off. Just sayin….

Setting the table has always been fun for me every year.
(This is my Super Bowl 😅)

This year we hosted 11 people total which doesn’t seem like much, but try making sure you have full sets of cutlery, glassware, chargers, linen napkins and napkin holders.

The tree was up to add more lighting and the garland as well. The chairs fortunately are a deep red that matched the room pretty well.

Hydrangeas in white keep the table classy and bright, the brass candlesticks were found at a vintage antique shop in downtown Upland (near where I grew up) and got them for $30. Cleaned them with and . The white line table cloth was a must, and the accent plaid gave it a great contrast in color.

This year to make things more personal I got air dry clay. The girls (Tatiana, Angelina, Katerina and Priscilla) helped roll, cut, tie ribbons, paint and the clay to have a gloss with each of our names. Pretty fun and easy!

(Highly suggest if you want some personalized ones, hit me up)

STOLEN TRUCK FROM A SENIOR CITIZEN IN ONTARIO AROUND 5am on Vineyard/ 10 fwy.

My dad has worked so hard for this truck for 20 years and has loved his truck.
When I was a kid he always talked about buying a pick-up truck one day and one day he did.
He immigrated to this country from Mexico, became a US citizen and has worked 2-3 jobs all his life to provide for his family. He took us out of Duarte to move to Upland to raise us in a safer neighborhood.
This truck has helped my kids move into college, moved my family, moved them several times. He’s let his daughter, grandkids drive it to pick up furniture countless times. When his teenage grandson crashed it, they worked on it together to fix it up together going to the junkyard, getting parts and making sure his grandson knew that when you break something, you fix it.

This is unfair and if anyone has word or sees any truck like this to please call Ontario Police department at +1 (909) 395-2001

Please share so we can find my Dad’s truck that he worked to pay off and had his tools in the truck too. 🥺

*it needs a special key to open up the gas tank cap. *it has a spare tire chained up in the back because it’s his spare.
*He just got the windows tinted because he’s
retiring this week and is moving to live in a safe state.

He just loves his truck, not because it gets him around but because he took care of it so well.

I was once 23 years old with a brand new real estate license.
I sold 0 homes my first year in real estate.

I hired a professional sales coach my second year and I sold 9 homes that year.

Each client I earned their trust and they were not people I knew, they were from cold calling strangers, I had a 17% closing ratio back then. (Pretty awful)

Today I’m teaching this 22 year old what my sales coach taught me. Talk to as many people as you can. Talk. Not text. Have a plan, care deeply about solving problems for others.

Never take rejection personal.

A no is one step closer to a yes.

Always smile.

Do what others won’t so you can have the life others dream about.

Fail fast forward. (The book)

Eat the ugliest, biggest, frog first thing in the morning so that you accomplish the hardest thing in the morning starting off with a huge win!
(Eat that frog)

Read. Period.

Outwork your competition.
EVERY TIME.

Hosting open houses is the fastest way to gain your first client.

Careful what you are doing, you never know who’s watching you.

Keep your word and your reputation will be spotless.

Always dress professional so that it leaves zero doubt that you came to do business.

Poor guy, he’s gonna get so sick of his momma, his pockets will be bleeding $$
