January is coming fast and 50 is right behind it. 👀
I'm not waiting until New Year's to get my act together. I started the list. I started the work.
And I'm showing up for myself in a way I honestly should have been doing all along.
Six days a week. Real food with an actual plan. Sleep like it matters. And enough water to finally stop walking around half dehydrated wondering why I'm tired.
Nothing on this list is a secret. But doing all four at the same time — consistently — that's the part that has been difficult for me.
If you're heading into a big birthday or just feeling like your body deserves more from you right now, save this one. We can do it at the same time.
Fifty is not the end of anything.
But it is a deadline. And deadlines make me move.
