Hello, I'm Ashley Sinclair, aka Agent ASH…

I was born in Upland, CA and was raised right here in the Foothill communities. I grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, went to Alta Loma High School and graduated from Cal Poly Pomona University. I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2000 and am a top producer, proud recipient of the Presidents Club Award and have been ranked among the Top 10% of agents in

the nation. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am passionate about what I do. I have a thirst for real estate and a heart of a teacher. I pride myself on area expertise, negotiating, returning phone calls, emails and texts quickly, and most importantly, making my clients happy! My goal is not only to meet, but exceed my clients expectations. I give my clients my absolute best, take a personal interest in their needs and always strive for a seamless transaction. As an avid follower of Dave Ramsey and the baby steps, I understand personal and financial commitments and have a high level of respect for clients financial needs and positions. When I'm not out in the field or in the office, I enjoy river trips with my family. We love to wake surf, water ski and play outdoors. I also am a huge animal lover. You will find me riding my horse, Lady, in the hills of Alta Loma and often walking around Heritage park with my mini horse, Petey. I've been an executive board member of Jasper PTA, involved on the leadership team at a local MOMs group and attend CCCH church. You can now also add homeschool mama to my list of credentials! I’m also a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Citrus Valley association of Realtors. Whether you're buying or selling, call me, Agent ASH! Last year was hard, like really hard. Not because work was hard but because life was hard. I experienced deep heartache with news of more than one family member having cancer, other close family moving across the country, the sudden & unexpected death of my mother right before Christmas and rounding out the year watching my dad fight for his life in the hospital. Through the midst of so much trauma and pain, I somehow managed to keep it all together and come out a top producer in my company. All glory to God. He knows what I need, when I need it and the things I don’t. He guides my path and makes me still when needed. Today I choose to find joy in celebrating something good from last year!

snapped this pic 5 YEARS ago. Man does time go waaayyyy too fast! I’ve always loved taking my kids to work with me and involving them in serving others and the grind of self employment. They’ve watched me do it since they were babies and I can only hope they enjoy it for many years to come.
