Curb appeal is one of the most powerful first impressions a home can make.
Before a buyer walks through the front door, they are already forming an opinion. Does the home feel cared for? Inviting? Well maintained? Worth seeing?
The best pre-sale improvements are not always the biggest or most expensive. Sometimes it is fresh landscaping, a clean entryway, updated lighting, paint touch-ups, or simply creating a more welcoming approach.
When I help prepare a home for market, I look at the property through a buyer’s eyes — starting at the curb.
Thoughtful preparation can help a home feel more appealing, more cared for, and more market-ready.
Thinking of selling? Start with the first impression.
