A Realtor for more than eleven years, David was in the top 20 percentile in sales for the San Joaquin and Sacramento Valley for 4 years running. David is known for his integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all his dealings. In his tenure in the business, he has first and foremost strives to be someone in whom his clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. He believes every transaction is always about his customer. Key to David`s success has also been the result of his patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. He knows how to listen, is generous in offering information, but more importantly, knows when to stop talking. His main intention is to understand his client`s needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time. When orchestrating deals for his buyers and sellers, David is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. While he is a strong negotiator and advocate for his clients, he is just as much a compassionate, friendly and humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful. A native and life-long Californian, David previously lived in Northern California (San Joaquin County) for most of his life, then moved to the Coachella Valley, home of golf courses aqnd festivals, where he has resided since 2013. It starts with fully appreciating each customer and then finding creative ways to fulfill their needs - insight that informs how he approaches his work as a real estate representative. "I treat my clients` needs and wants as my own when searching for the perfect property or helping them secure the best deal", he says. When not selling real estate, David can be found enjoying time alone with family with a nice Cabernet or playing golf at one of the 100 golf courses in the Coachella Valley.
