🏡 You Closed on Your New Home… Now What? 🔑

Getting the keys is exciting, but there are a few important things to take care of once the home is officially yours!

A few after-closing tips to help you get settled:

* 🔐 Change or rekey your locks
* 💧 Locate your water and gas shutoff valves
* 🧯 Check smoke & carbon monoxide detectors and have a fire extinguisher handy
* 🗑️ Add trash and recycling days to your calendar
* 🧹 Deep clean before moving everything in
* 🎨 Paint before installing new flooring whenever possible
* 📁 Keep warranties, receipts and repair records together in a home file
* 🛠️ Start a simple maintenance schedule for your new home

And remember—closing day doesn’t mean your relationship with your REALTOR® has to end! I’m always happy to be a resource for questions, recommendations or anything you may need along the way. ❤️

🏡 JUST CLOSED! 🔑

This one was a tough one — but we got it DONE! 🙌

Every real estate transaction has its own set of challenges, and this one certainly put my motto to the test:

✨ “Turning Challenges Into Victories!” ✨

When things get complicated, I don’t give up. I work hard, stay focused, communicate, problem-solve, and go the extra mile to get my clients to the closing table.

Because sometimes the transactions that make you work the hardest are the ones that feel the BEST when you can finally say…

CLOSED! 🎉🏡

Thinking about buying or selling? I’d love the opportunity to work just as hard for you.
