The National Assn of Realtors just released this info:

Mortgage rates are under 6% on average. Those who got rejected at applying for mortgages at 7% a year ago should try again, especially if there has been a bump in salary.

Refinancing is taking off. It is like a permanent tax cut.

Hundreds of thousands of Petitions have been signed by hard working Californians to limit Property Taxes to what they voted for through the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association (65% of voters voted in favor of Prop. 13). But we still need a few hundred thousand more to get the initiative on the ballot.

These are the Petitions I have personally obtained thus far. But we still have far to go.
