Following several years of working in Information Technology (IT) at both the University of Southern California and in the hedge fund industry, Poul Erik moved to the South Bay and took a call to serve in a local church. Although IT is now gone, Poul Erik has brought with him to Real Estate the high-end customer service, where discretion, listening, and understanding of the client’s needs are crucial. Combined with his Scandinavian-inspired practical and honest approach to life, this makes him a solid partner in the negotiations of any transactions. In 2017, he joined the top producing team The Kondo Group as a listing and buyer specialist for residential and investment real estate. The Kondo Group has been continuously rated in the top 1% of producers nationwide, and recently ranked as a top real estate team by the Wall Street Journal. Poul Erik is an Accredited Property Valuation Specialist and certified by NCREA as a commercial real estate agent.
