With the rates being still higher than last year this time, first time buyers may believe it's a good idea to wait for the rates to drop back down before making their move. Understand that as the rates drop, more buyers will be able to afford lower monthly payment, not just you. This phenomena will cause almost immediate increase in market demand and that triggers sellers to increase their list price. By making your move now instead of playing the waiting game, you get your foot in the door while taking advantage of lower prices and negotiable sellers. We didn’t have the required slope ratio (3” to 1 foot) for the sewage pipe so ended up digging over 140 feet from the ADU to the street and installing a whole new dedicated ABS pipe ⚒️ 🧰 🏠
