These Sellers are family friends of our team, and earlier this year we had the privilege of helping them purchase the home they plan to stay in long-term. Recently, it was time to say goodbye to the first house that carried them through so many memories.

I'm still trying to figure out how my little girl is old enough to be doing her 𝟒𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗢 this year for 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆's recital. She did her first one on stage at the Warner Grand when she was only 2 years old. 🥹✨

We just got Maddie’s dance photos back. This year she’ll be performing in a group dance for 𝗪𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 💚🩷 and then taking the stage all by herself for her 𝗠𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼! ❤️🧡🔥 She will also be performing with some of her school friends to a KPop Demon Hunter medley that they did for their school talent show.

She’s been dancing with Haley Clark since she was only 18 months old, and it’s been so special watching her grow each season. One thing about Maddie… she’s fearless. She’ll try new things even when they feel scary, work hard, and somehow remembers all of her dance steps. I love watching her practice at home, seeing how excited she gets, and then watching that excitement turn into confidence on stage. She amazes me every single year.

I can’t wait to watch her perform, cheer way too loud, and probably cry a little seeing my 6-year-old up there on stage. 🥹

So proud of you, Maddie. Keep being brave. And so thankful for Haley Clark Dance Company and Ms. Jess and Ms. Taylor for helping build her confidence, friendships, and love for performing along the way. ✨

Our Buyers spent weekends casually stopping by open houses, figuring out what they loved, what they didn’t, and imagining what their future home might look like. At one point, they were under contract on a home in San Pedro and it felt like everything was falling into place… until it wasn’t.

Like many Buyers know, sometimes the first “yes” isn’t the right one.

Instead of feeling discouraged and deciding renting was the better option for them, they kept searching. Kept showing up. Kept believing the right home was out there.

This escrow feels extra special for a few reasons…
Years ago, our founder and my dad, 𝙍𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙮, worked with this client. So when it was time to buy again, he reached back out to our team. Moments like these are such a sweet reminder that the relationships built in this business can last decades and that a little piece of my dad's legacy continues on in the work we do every day. 🤍

This couple had a vision and they weren’t willing to settle:
