Sold! This beautiful condo with resort-like amenities has closed escrow. It was hard to choose which offer would be accepted as there were multiple offers on the table and more interested Buyers even right at the close of escrow! I even had to convince an agent that this property was in contract (before updating the MLS) at the time Sellers accepted the offer because his client really wanted to purchase this property.
