Sal was also very involved in creating the South Bay Association of Realtors, joining 15 cities spanning El Segundo to San Pedro. Having been born and raised in San Pedro, Sal’s commitment to the community includes chairing the Christmas Tree canned food drive for the needy, past membership of the San Pedro Lions and Elks Clubs and serving on the committee for the Mary Star of the Sea Annual Parish Fiesta. Sal is married to Louise for over 40 years, has 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters.

Now, the pace of that price growth will vary by market. Some areas will climb more than others. Some may see small, short-term declines. But the big picture is: expect slow, continued growth. And that’s not a crash. That’s a market getting closer to what’s normal.
