Being a fifth generation Californian from a Real Estate family, I decided to become a Realtor myself, passing my Real Estate licensing test before high school graduation. I loved the business and continued in it while raising my three beautiful daughters. After earning a B.A. in Spanish & English from the University of California, Davis, I taught high school Spanish for many years. The last 50 yea
rs, I watched the changes in the market and participated in investing and buying for friends and clients. Earning the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert, my training serves others who need an advocate. I embrace a "service above self" mentality, and joined the Del Mar Rotary Club as President to continue work within the community. I am very involved with the Solana Beach Presbyterian Church, and have volunteered my time to the community for 6 years on the Board of the International Relief Teams in Mission Valley. On my days off, I love taking my three granddaughters to the beach, playing bridge, tennis and learning to golf. I specialize in the ocean view properties in Olde Del Mar where I live. If you are looking for a Del Mar home or other property near Del Mar, such as Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe or Carmel Valley, please call me at your earliest convenience. I would be honored to be your agent. Please call me at my new location for market analysis, or if you would like to meet for lunch in the Village. Looking forward to working with you!
