JUST SOLD in Rancho Ponderosa.

This was a meaningful purchase for my clients... finding a home they plan to grow into for the long term.

Like many searches, this one took time. We explored several options, had a few that didn’t come together, and worked through the natural ups and downs that come with the process. Throughout it all, the focus remained on patience and waiting for the right fit.

When this home came into view, we moved quickly: touring early, analyzing comps, and submitting a strong, well-positioned offer. After a brief negotiation, we moved into a full suite of inspections—home, sewer, termite, roof, and chimney—to fully understand the property.

From there, we approached negotiations with a big-picture mindset, creating a path forward that felt balanced and clear for both sides.
