Meet Dasher, our latest foster pup (and Sudley reincarnate, for those that know us well). We showed him love and stability, and found him the sweetest forever home.

The detached single-family home market across North San Diego County and San Diego County continued to gain momentum through April, with stronger sales activity emerging alongside a more measured pace in pricing. Comparing April to the same month last year, the data reflects a market where demand remains active as buyers navigate shifting conditions with greater selectivity.

In North San Diego County, the median sales price reached $1,180,000 (–1.7%), while days on market increased to 31 days (+14.8%), pointing to continued buyer engagement as homes take slightly longer to transact.

Across San Diego County, detached homes recorded a median sales price of $1,000,000 (–4.7%), while homes averaged 30 days on market (+15.4%), reflecting a softer pricing environment paired with a steadier sales rhythm.

As activity continues to build across both regions, the market remains defined by strategic positioning, informed decision-making, and evolving buyer expectations, particularly within San Diego’s luxury residential landscape.

Actually, I do.

But not for the reasons people might think.

I want to build something my boys can one day look at and feel proud of. A business rooted in relationships, trust, and helping people find the place where they’ll tell their story.
My boys are my why in all of this. They’re the reason I work hard, lead with intention, and care so deeply about the relationships I build through this business.
Motherhood is my greatest honor. It’s also my greatest motivation.

And when I think about the kind of legacy I hope to leave behind, it has very little to do with real estate and everything to do with the way my children feel loved, supported, and inspired.

I learned that from my mom. Everything I know about showing up for people, loving deeply, and leading with heart started with her. If I can be even half the mother she’s been to me, I’ll consider that one of my life’s greatest accomplishments.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women building businesses, building families, and somehow carrying both with grace.
