This one is extra sweet. My seller is just the cutest lady, and she’s ready to simplify a little and create an easier lifestyle for herself.

She has loved this home, and it has such a special family history—it was her mom’s home first. ❤️ I love getting to help families through these transitions, especially when a home holds so many years of memories.

We were fortunate to find a buyer quickly and go into escrow at asking price! Now we’re working our way through the final Laguna Woods HOA requirements and getting closer to the finish line.

I know this home is going to be a wonderful place for its new owner to make some memories of their own.

Sometimes the best moves take the longest. ❤️

This one definitely tested all of us… changing HOA rules, a winter market, and plenty of ups and downs along the way. But my clients never gave up, and neither did I.

Today they officially closed the door on a home that served them well for many years and opened the door to the forever home they’ve been dreaming about.

This is why I love what I do. It’s never just about selling a house. It’s about helping people through one of life’s biggest transitions and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
