Why is trust important in a REALTOR®?
Because what you don’t know during a real estate transaction can cost you later. A trusted Realtor helps protect buyers and sellers by sharing important details that may not be obvious online or during a showing.
For example, some information is only clarified in private MLS agent notes — such as a home being marketed as having additional bedrooms, while permits may not exist for those rooms. A knowledgeable and trustworthy agent will point those things out, explain the implications, and help you make informed decisions.
Trust also matters in pricing, negotiations, disclosures, inspections, timelines, and protecting your best interests throughout the process. Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make — experience and honesty matter.
Questions matter. The right representation matters even more.
