After a career in International Franchising took me to many countries, I entered the Real Estate profession at the same time as my wife and I founded an animal rescue, Modjeska Ranch Rescue, which has since rehomed over 6000 homeless cats, dogs and horses. I bring to my clients a professional, and if necessary an analytical approach to what can be a very confusing process for buyers and sellers. Having said that I also bring a sense of value, a sense of honor and sometimes a sense of humor ! Although I do the majority of my work in Orange County with residential buyers, I have also identified properties for clients in LA, Glendale, Temecula, and Riverside, as well as worked with investors from overseas wanting to find properties that will provide good cashflow and capital growth.
