I can’t even believe I’m saying this… but we have less than 5 months until the end of 2026.

So if I wanted to be in a new home before the clock strikes midnight January 1st 2027… these are some of the first things I’d focus on to make that happen!

2️⃣ Think about your lifestyle, and desired lifestyle, and use that as a way to narrow your search and find the locations that make the most sense for you!

3️⃣ Work with a local Real Estate expert (hi 👋) who knows the market inside & out.

4️⃣ Think ahead - I always say… you can never start too early! If the thought has ever crossed your mind, it’s worth a conversation to see if we can put together a plan for when the time is right!

Making a move before the end of the year is totally doable… but only if you start sooner than later!

From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to be a mom.

I also knew I wanted a career that would let me fully be one.

For me, real estate has been that career.

It means I can spend slow mornings on the deck with my family, take my daughter to the park on a Tuesday afternoon, and still be there for my clients when they need me. Sometimes that flexibility means answering calls during nap time or signing documents at 11:00 p.m. after the house is finally quiet, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Because of that, I have a special place in my heart for growing families. I know what it’s like to outgrow a space, dream about the next chapter, and want a home that fits your family’s life a little better.

Of course, I’m grateful to help anyone buy or sell a home. But if you’re in that season of life where your family is growing and you’re wondering if it’s time for a little more room, know that I understand- both as your REALTOR® and as a mom.
