The best part of real estate has never been the houses. It's the people. ❤️
These buyers came to me through a referral that means a lot. Their daughter purchased a home with me a few years ago, and when it was time for Mom and Dad to find a second home here in the Black Hills to be closer to their children and grandchildren, they reached out.
That's one of my FAVORITE reasons people move.
This wasn't a quick search. It took well over a year. They were still living in Arizona, so much of our home shopping happened through phone calls, FaceTime tours, videos, and a whole lot of trust. That's become pretty normal these days, and it requires a lot of teamwork!
They wanted a move-in ready home, and while people love to talk about all the inventory on the market, once you start narrowing down the list to what actually fits someone's needs, wants, budget, and lifestyle, the options get a whole lot smaller.
Then we found the one.
Of course, five other buyers thought it was the one too.
Multiple offers. Game on.
Fortunately, after all these years, I've picked up a few tricks 🪄 when it comes to helping buyers compete, and we went in prepared. The strategy 🏆 worked, and today they have the keys 🔑 to a beautiful home where they'll get to spend more time with the people they love most.
That's a win worth celebrating! 🥳
