Join our team! Kahler Property Management is growing, and looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team!
As an Inspection Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the quality of our managed properties by coordinating and conducting inspections, documenting property conditions, communicating with tenants and owners, and helping coordinate follow-up maintenance.
✨ We’re looking for someone who is:
• Organized & detail-oriented
• Dependable & self-motivated
• An excellent communicator
• Customer-service focused
• Comfortable working independently
• Knowledgeable about property maintenance (a plus!)
Property management or inspection experience is preferred, but we’re looking for the right person and the right fit for our team.
