🚵‍♀️ Dakota Five-O weekend was here in Spearfish!

Hundreds of mountain bikers were in town that weekend to take on one of the Black Hills' iconic mountain bike races—and if that was your first time in Spearfish, welcome!

Last year my son and I were two of those riders.

My race got a little more exciting than I had planned. 😂 I crashed HARD…but I finished.

Enough about that.

Because the Dakota Five-O was really a pretty incredible introduction to what makes living in Spearfish so much fun.

We didn't have to wait for race weekend to get outside.

Mountain biking, hiking, trail running, skiing, gravel riding, Spearfish Canyon, Crow Peak and miles and miles of Black Hills trails were right there.

It's one of the reasons I say:

Never Run Out of Things to Do.

So if you were visiting for the Five-O that weekend and somewhere between the trails, downtown Spearfish and those Black Hills views you caught yourself thinking…
