What are you doing to adjust your portfolio and investment strategy for the recession?

My top 3 asset classes for recession-resistant investments are Multifamily, Medical Office Buildings, and Mobile Home Parks.

What do these have in common?

They all benefit from stable demand driven by favorable demographics. Unlike Retail & Hospitality, which are driven by economic factors, their demand is much more needs-based. That makes the demand much more consistent, even in a downturn.

Typically, the success of a real estate investment is tied to the strength of the economy. However, during a recession savvy investors will consider adjusting their investment strategies to meet their new reality.
