A&A Professional Property Management We are a property management company based in Rapid City, South Dakota. We manage rental units in the Black Hills from Box Elder to Sturgis.

Steps for applying for one of our rentals:
1)View our available properties here, pick up a list in our office, or view on our website at aapropertymanagement.com
2)Call the office to set an appointment
3)Fill out the application ($45 per person non-refundable) and submit with deposit (equal to one month's rent)
4)1-3 day time frame for decision
5)Sign lease, transfer utilities, pay first month's rent and move in

Job assignments will be as needed. Must be daily INCLUDING weekends 10:30am-3:00pm for the AirBNB rentals. (not guaranteed daily work, depends on check ins and outs)

Duties will include: Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, washing walls, floors and windows, changing linens, laundry, prepping short stay items, etc.

AirBNBs will need to be done roughly between the hours of 10a-3p between check out and check in. AirBNBs are all located in Rapid City.
