Experience and communication matters so much in a real estate transaction. We were able to help Megan buy a for sale by owner and it all went really smoothly. Both buyer and seller walked out of closing happy.

Wowzers it's been a busy couple of weeks! 🤩 Closings, showings, contracts, and more.

I had 3 out of town clients in town one week and 4 closings the next. Not gonna lie, I was a bit stressed to make sure everything got taken care of.

Eternally grateful 🙏 for my clients who put their trust in me to make a step in life - either finding a new place here in the Hills or moving on to another.

Doin' it! Alex had been watching my YouTube Videos and decided to make the move to Rapid City.

After a few conversations with some local lenders to get his credit score up, a few months later we were on the hunt for a new place.

FIRST day of showings we look at this townhouse that had recently been remodeled and had a porch overlooking a green space. He was sold...I mean, we still looked at the other ones, but that was the one.

Now he's officially a South Dakota resident and life is good!
