It takes a team of pretty amazing people to get things done this easy!

Craig and Carol were in Okinawa and found my YouTube channel. We were chatting back and forth for awhile until they made the trek over here in June.

Of course, that's when I was sitting on the beach in Florida. No worries though cuz my guy Tim Holt stepped in, showed a few properties, and got these guys under contract. Then I got back and handled the rest.

Shout out to Hannah Beachem for always being there to chat numbers and Vickie Lenard for bringing it home at SoDak Title

The sellers took amazing care of the home and left it in fabulous condition for the buyers. They are SO excited to not sleep in a motel room anymore.

Welcome to the Black Hills Craig and Carol!

Just over here hurdling casually.... hahaha

Experience and communication matters so much in a real estate transaction. We were able to help Megan buy a for sale by owner and it all went really smoothly. Both buyer and seller walked out of closing happy.

And that's what it's all about.

"For me, working with Tristan felt like having someone by my side that I could trust through the process every step of the way. Each hurdle we came upon, he had great advice and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make solutions. The thing is, he does it in such a casual way… if I could work with one agent the rest of my life, it would be Tristan. (And I’m a former agent)"

You've heard stories of the REALTOR and Builder Rep being at odds...

What if they actually worked together? For you?

Wowzers it's been a busy couple of weeks! 🤩 Closings, showings, contracts, and more.

I had 3 out of town clients in town one week and 4 closings the next. Not gonna lie, I was a bit stressed to make sure everything got taken care of.

Eternally grateful 🙏 for my clients who put their trust in me to make a step in life - either finding a new place here in the Hills or moving on to another.

Looking forward to more 💃 fun and 🕺 happiness the rest of the year.

If you are waiting for the Spring housing market in Rapid City...your wait is over!

Things are heating up in Rapid City as buyers are out looking at homes and more and more homes are getting sold in single digit days. We are even seeing some bidding wars again. Wowzers.

If you are thinking of buying, you ain't gonna get a "deal" unless you buy a property that's been on the market for awhile (and there's usually a reason).

Sellers don't delay in getting your home ready for sale cuz that grass gonna be green soon!

Doin' it! Alex had been watching my YouTube Videos and decided to make the move to Rapid City.

After a few conversations with some local lenders to get his credit score up, a few months later we were on the hunt for a new place.

FIRST day of showings we look at this townhouse that had recently been remodeled and had a porch overlooking a green space. He was sold...I mean, we still looked at the other ones, but that was the one.

Now he's officially a South Dakota resident and life is good!
