There is something wildly humbling about looking across the closing table and realizing you’ve known these people since your awkward high school years 😂

Who would’ve guessed we’d reconnect years later with careers, marriage, babies, mortgages, and group texts about inspections and appraisals 😆

These two handled the chaos of simultaneously selling their home and buying another, like absolute CHAMPS. Now here they are with Gus and Olive in tow, moving into a home that actually fits their family and the life they’re building together 🥹

Also, 👉🏼 Olive absolutely stole the show during house hunting. That girl walked into homes like she had her real estate license tucked into her little purse 👛 She had opinions, confidence, and the touring stamina of a seasoned buyer’s agent. I’m telling you now, she’s coming for my job someday 🤣

I’m just really happy for these four. It has been so fun reconnecting with them, laughing our way through this process, and helping them land somewhere that feels right. These are the kinds of clients that make this job feel really meaningful 🫶🏼

Some full circle moments just feel extra special ✨

Getting to watch this sweet girl buy her very first home all on her own at such a young age has been such an honor. I’m so proud of her for making such a big move with so much determination and grace.

Not only did she score a great house at a great price (plus a brand new roof and gutters 🙌🏼), but she gets to stay right where home has always been. Same cul-de-sac her dad grew up in, grandparents down the street, parents just minutes away… you just can’t write stories better than that 🥰 There is something really special about planting roots where your roots already run deep 🩷

I already know this house is going to become something so special with Taylor and her dad bringing the vision to life, one project at a time 🫶🏼

So excited to watch this next chapter unfold 🥹 The Valley gets to keep one of its good ones!
