We are looking for a talented, motivated creative who can help us stand out in a competitive market.
The Position:
The Content Creator Specialist is responsible for elevating CCPM’s brand through high‑quality photos, videos, social media content, and digital advertising. This role blends creativity with strategy — capturing the unique features of each property and producing engaging content that drives visibility, leads, and faster leasing.
* Photograph rental homes, interiors, exteriors, and community features
* Film and edit short‑form videos, reels, walkthroughs, and promotional clips
* Create visually appealing graphics, ads, and branded materials
* Ensure all content is consistent with CCPM’s brand voice and style
* Manage and post content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
* Develop creative campaigns that increase engagement and visibility
* Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance
* Create compelling property listings with strong visual presentation
* Write captions, headlines, and ad copy that attract tenants and owners
* Assist with online advertising (boosted posts, targeted ads, etc.)
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar

Our Ideal Candidate Will:
* Bring fresh ideas to help CCPM stand out in the Rapid City market
* Capture authentic, creative content that reflects our company culture
* Support special projects, events, and community engagement efforts
* Be experienced with photography and videography (portfolio preferred)
* Have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
* Have the ability to edit photos and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.
* Have a creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
* Have a strong writing skills for captions, ads, and marketing content
* Have reliable transportation for traveling to properties
* Be self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred Experience:
* Marketing, advertising, or creative media background
* Experience in real estate, property management, or housing photography
* Familiarity with SEO, analytics, or paid advertising tools
