💧 Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially when spending time outdoors.
🧴 Protect Your Skin – Apply sunscreen, wear sunglasses, and seek shade during peak sun hours.
🌡️ Know the Signs of Heat Illness – Dizziness, headaches, nausea, and excessive sweating can be signs of heat exhaustion. Move to a cool area and hydrate immediately.
🏊 Practice Water Safety – Never leave children unattended near pools or water features, and always follow pool rules.
🦟 Be Prepared Outdoors – Use insect repellent, check the weather before outdoor activities, and keep a basic first-aid kit handy.
