Our Mission is by providing hope and positive vision, Optimists help bring out the best in kids. Some of the youth activities Optimists support are Black Hills Children's Home Birthday Parties, Starting Strong (Community Scholarship program for early education), Red Ribbon Week, Safe Halloween, Arts (provides Scholarships for young musicians), Respect For Law Program, Christmas Donations, and several other programs as well.
