My name is Larry Benjamin “Benji” Brossette. My friends call me Benji. In the years of 1999 & 2000 I decided to make an important decision by choosing a career in Real Estate. I started my career as a student of Property Economics and Real Estate Appraisal.

Real Estate Appraisal is not about how many material things one can accumulate, and it is not about a number. Real Estate Appraisal is exciting, tough, fun, difficult and complex, as well as rewarding. When referencing the word “reward,” within context, please remove any visions of money and wealth, because it is the intangible that defines genuine satisfaction. To accomplish something meaningful without money and/or wealth being the basis; this is the intangible! There is something special to be had for which a person ‘cannot physical touch.’

Integrity is choosing one’s actions based on Value and not personal gain! Real Estate Appraisal and CENLA Real Estate Scuttle Bucket is not about reaping a commission based on ‘higher the price the better my bank account looks to friends and family and my social status.’ Earning the “intangible” in Real Estate can be extraordinary and, this to, can also be a lifestyle.

Let us not twist words and turn integrity and the intangible into a charity driven cause. Real Estate Appraisal and CENLA Real Estate Scuttle Bucket relies on and supports the “free and open market,” which is capitalistic in nature. Self interests will be evident and can be constant. Economic Principles, Law of Supply and Demand, Market Forces and More are all more than just relevant. When principle, ethics, competence, common sense and even dignity are ignored and/or totally stripped to gain material things and/or wealth, then integrity is in danger of being completely lost.

Having money and/or wealth is nice when living in a capitalistic society; however, the intangible is the real contribution. My desire is for CENLA Real Estate Scuttle Bucket to be a reflection of integrity and the intangible, but at the same time, have an awareness to efficiently capitalize on meaningful self interests. Capitalism should work well and be healthy for everyone! This intangible I speak of can translate into earning wealth - based on integrity; instead of being cheapened -- by basing material things purely on personal gain. Economics is also about being satisfied with the supply that you demand, at a price or cost you pay without breaking the bank (and savings) while basing the transaction on meaningful self interests, which in turn does not whittle away at integrity!

For the prior 20 years, Real Estate Appraisal and Property Economics has either been my interest or my area of study. Overall, “Market Value” needs knowledgeable and/or well informed market participants in order to be efficient and proficient. CENLA Real Estate Scuttle Bucket [begins] as a limited knowledge base. A limited news source. A "go to" for market participants to ‘hang their hat on.' As the CENLA Real Estate Scuttle Bucket grows with more information, news, facts, opinions, advertisements, articles, sources, "page likes" and possibly more... limited amount of services can be performed and then a complete set of services may be provided.
