Excited to share something new! 🎉
I’ve never been big on loading up my name with initials — though I could have: CDR, USN, BSSE, MBA, MSNE, FSO, SES, MRS, ABR, and more.
But this one feels different. I’m genuinely proud to announce that I’ve earned the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation.
This certification equips me with specialized training to help clients buy, sell, or manage properties for investment, development, retirement, or pure enjoyment in resort, recreational, and vacation destinations.
That’s basically the perfect description of the North Idaho real estate market — from lakefront homes and mountain retreats to recreational properties that check all the boxes.
It also aligns perfectly with the work I love most: serving active military members, military retirees, first responders, and their families as they find their ideal property in this beautiful region.
